1. Who we are

IODM - FZCO ("IODM", "we", "us") is a free zone company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, under Trade License No. 27409 issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority. Our registered address is IFZA Properties, DSO-IFZA, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE.

We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. This policy explains how we handle personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

2. What data we collect

We only collect what you give us:

• Contact details you submit through our contact form or by email: your name, email address, company name, and the content of your message.
• Details you share with us in the course of an engagement, such as business information needed to deliver our services.

We do not collect sensitive personal data, and we do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

3. Why we use it and on what basis

We use your personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry and correspond with you;
• prepare a proposal and, if you engage us, deliver the agreed services;
• comply with our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations in the UAE.

Our lawful bases are your consent (which you give by submitting the form), the performance of a contract with you, and compliance with our legal obligations.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary: with service providers who support our operations (such as email and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, and with authorities where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the UAE

Some of our service providers may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure an adequate level of protection, in line with the requirements of the PDPL.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Data relating to an engagement is kept for as long as required by applicable UAE law, including accounting and record-keeping obligations.

7. Your rights

Under the PDPL you have the right to request access to your personal data, to have inaccurate data corrected, to request erasure, to restrict or object to processing, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before the withdrawal.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Cookies

This website does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. We do not profile visitors and we do not share visitor data with advertising networks. Only cookies that are strictly necessary to serve the website may be set by our hosting provider.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
